Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for Koku Beverages in the Karwar and Udupi markets. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Super Stockist to expand distribution, increase market penetration, and drive both primary and secondary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory (Karwar & Udupi)
- Coordinate with Super Stockist for order planning and stock movement
- Drive primary sales (distributor billing) and secondary sales (retail execution)
- Appoint and manage retailers to expand product reach
- Ensure visibility and availability of Koku products across outlets
- Execute market visits, generate leads, and close sales opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beverage/FMCG sales
- Strong understanding of distribution and retail network
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Salary: As per industry standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in handling beverage brands
- Familiarity with local market and retailer network in Karwar & Udupi
