We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage client inquiries, provide information about real estate projects, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the property buying process.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries.
- Respond to customer queries regarding property details, pricing, availability, and project specifications.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or real estate support (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
