We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers regarding services and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Support customer retention and engagement activities
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior
- 0-2 years experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales (Preferred)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
