About Us
Kalakriti is a 35-year-old ceramic and glassware business working across B2B, hospitality, retail, and ecommerce segments. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible Office Administrator to support daily office operations and coordination activities.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to build a long-term career in office administration and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
* Filing and organizing office documents and records
* Managing stationery inventory and coordinating timely restocking
* Booking couriers through platforms like Wefast and tracking dispatches
* Coordinating dispatch schedules and shipment follow-ups
* Overseeing housekeeping and maintaining office organization
* Handling basic administrative work, data entry, and record maintenance
* Assisting with Proforma Invoice (PI) and Purchase Order (PO) processes
* Managing basic Excel sheets and operational reports
* Supporting day-to-day office coordination activities
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Organized and detail-oriented personality
* Willingness to learn office operations and administrative processes
* Basic understanding of PI/PO processes is a plus
* Freshers are welcome
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
(Based on skills and interview performance)
