Job Description – Restaurant Waiter
Position: Waiter
Department: Restaurant Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests.
- Follow hygiene, grooming and food safety standards.
- Assist with table setup, clearing and closing duties.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Polite, punctual and well-groomed.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have 0 – 3 years’ Experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
