Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, VPN, firewalls, and ITSM ticketing tools.
- Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system configuration.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and customer service orientation.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
