Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Supervise and lead the front desk, therapists, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Monitor appointment scheduling and optimize staff allocation.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell studio services, memberships, and treatment packages.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure the studio maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams for recruitment, training, and employee management.
- Maintain inventory of products, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure all operational procedures and company policies are followed.
- Conduct regular team meetings and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

Pay: Up to ₹37,462.00 per month
Experience:
- Skin clinic : 3 years (Preferred)
- Salon Manager : 3 years (Preferred)
