Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and maximize client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and account management skills, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing services.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand clients' business objectives and marketing requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and project progress.
- Address client concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
Account Management
- Onboard new clients and explain the company's digital marketing services and processes.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Content, Design, and Website Development teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project milestones and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed as per agreed timelines.
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
- Generate repeat business through excellent client servicing.
- Maintain high client retention and renewal rates.
- Assist the sales team during client handovers and strategic discussions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, and project updates in CRM software.
- Document client feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.
Coordination
- Schedule client meetings, review calls, and campaign discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
