Job Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketer to manage our online marketing activities, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads for academy courses and programs
- Create content ideas, captions, and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with video editors/designers for promotional content
- Track campaign performance and analyze insights
- Improve audience engagement and brand awareness
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and strategies
Requirements
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing
- Knowledge of lead generation and audience targeting
- Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns efficiently
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields
- Freshers with strong practical skills can also apply
- Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus
Preferred Skills
- Content marketing and branding
- Copywriting for ads and social media
- Video/content coordination
- Understanding of trends, reels, and short-form content
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
