Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting the company's IT services and solutions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Connect with colleges, educational institutions, startups, and corporate clients to promote IT training programs, software development services, internships, and technology solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions in CRM tools or reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Support institutional collaborations, partnerships, workshops, MoUs, and corporate tie-ups.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, exhibitions, and networking programs when required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, AI, digital marketing, or training solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or EdTech services.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, telecalling, or client management will be an added advantage.
