Qualification
- DMLT / B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT)
- M.Sc MLT – preferred
- Valid certification from recognized institute
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Hospital / IVF lab experience is an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per protocols
- Assist in IVF / pathology / clinical lab procedures
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Maintain test records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of laboratory area
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for reports
Skills Required
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge for lab reporting
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
- Teamwork and time management
