We are looking for an experienced *Bakery Chef* to conduct a *2-day hands-on training program* for our bakery staff on the professional preparation of puffs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Train staff in the complete process of making puff pastry products.
* Demonstrate dough preparation, lamination, shaping, filling, proofing (if applicable), baking, and finishing techniques.
* Teach proper baking temperatures, timings, and quality control.
* Share best practices for hygiene, food safety, and efficient production.
* Guide staff on maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
* Supervise practical sessions and answer staff questions.
*Duration:*
* 2 days (temporary training assignment)
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Pastry Chef.
* Strong expertise in commercial puff production.
* Ability to train and mentor bakery staff.
* Knowledge of bakery hygiene and food safety standards.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per day
