About Company:
Jayka Corp is launching a residential project in Keshav Nagar, one of Pune’s fastest-growing east-corridor micro-markets, with strong demand from professionals working across Kharadi, Magarpatta, Mundhwa, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar and Yerwada. We are looking for a personally driven Sales Executive to own the project’s sales journey end to end - from lead engagement and site walkthroughs to negotiation, closure and post-booking handover. The ideal candidate combines a strong grasp of the Pune residential market with the relationship skills to guide buyers confidently through a purchase decision.
Required candidate profile:
- Drive sales of residential units to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and project-level revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: respond to inbound enquiries, qualify leads, conduct site and sample-flat visits, present pricing and configurations, negotiate, and close bookings.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through walk-ins, digital leads, referrals and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and collections in the CRM, and share regular sales MIS and forecasts with management.
- Stay updated on current competing projects, pricing, inventory and absorption trends in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Kharadi and surrounding areas, and feed insights back into pricing and positioning.
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, site events and promotional activities to generate qualified footfall.
- Coordinate with CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation, agreement execution and a positive customer experience through to handover.
- Uphold RERA-compliant and ethical sales practices in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MBA, preferably with a specialisation in Marketing or Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales in Pune, with a demonstrable record of closing units and achieving targets.
- Sound understanding of the Pune residential market, particularly the east-Pune corridor, including buyer profiles, pricing dynamics and channel-partner ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of the home-buying journey, home-loan basics, and RERA / registration documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for pipeline tracking and reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly with prospective buyers.
- Persuasive negotiation and closing ability, balanced with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Well-organized, with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Presentable, professional demeanor suited to a premium residential buyer audience.
