Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Incentive Structure
- 5% incentive on each of your first 3 successful project closures.
- 10% incentive on every successful closure from the 4th project onwards.
- Additional monthly performance bonus for 10 or more successful project closures.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other sales channels.
- Explain Sitefiy's website design, website development, eCommerce, SEO, and digital solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team whenever required.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain daily sales activity and update lead status.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or any Computer Science/IT-related degree or diploma.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in IT Services, Website Design & Development, Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing sales will be preferred.
Requirements
- Sales experience is mandatory. Candidates without sales experience should not apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to understand client requirements and close deals.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in achieving sales goals.
- Must have a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection for Work From Home.
