IT Support Executive – Job Role
Responsible for providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and IT-related services.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT assets and keep records of hardware and software inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and support services.
- Ensure regular data backup and assist in data recovery when required.
- Install software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
- Monitor system performance and report IT-related risks or issues.
- Provide basic user training on IT systems and security practices.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity guidelines.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
