We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to join our team.
In this role, you will speak with customers, understand what they need, and guide them to the right property. You will also help our sales team by setting up site visits.

Responsibilities
- Call customers from our lead list and speak with them clearly
- Answer incoming calls and customer questions
- Understand what the customer is looking for
- Suggest the right property based on their needs
- Fix site visits for the sales team
- Update customer details in the system (CRM)
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Work with the sales team for smooth handover
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (any field)
- 35 years of experience in telecalling or sales
- Experience in real estate or BFSI is a plus
- Good communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Confident, patient, and target-driven
