Responsibilities
- Extract and manage leads from TradeIndia and IndiaMART dashboards
- Prioritize high-potential inquiries and initiate outbound calls
- Convert platform-generated interest into confirmed offline sales
- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential buyers.
- Explain product offerings clearly and persuasively
- Build rapport, handle objections, and follow up consistently
- Maintain and update company profiles on TradeIndia & IndiaMART
- Respond to buyer queries posted on the platforms
- Track analytics and optimize listing performance
- Log call outcomes, buyer preferences, and conversion status
- Share insights with sales and marketing teams for campaign refinement
