Are you confident on calls and enjoy speaking with people? We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing IT recruitment team.
Your Role:
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities
- Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants
- Maintain candidate records and databases
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams
- Build strong relationships with candidate
- Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment is an added advantage
