Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to develop and expand business opportunities in global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, managing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth across international territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and business development activities.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with international customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in international sales, export sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of international markets and export processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and global clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in additional foreign languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
