About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR Operations activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, HR documentation, statutory compliance coordination, employee records management, and HR process implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage blue-collar recruitment activities including sourcing, field hiring, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Process and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and absenteeism reports.
- Support compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
- Manage employee confirmation processes, exit formalities, and separation documentation.
- Prepare and issue HR letters, documents, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee data records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Hands on Experience of Payroll Processes and Statutory Compliance.
- Familiarity with PF, ESIC, PT, and Labour Laws.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
