We are looking for Retired Professionals / Retired Government Employees / Ex-Bankers / Ex-Defence Personnel / Experienced Sales Professionals who want to continue working in a professional environment and earn through their experience, contacts and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate potential customers through personal contacts, references and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment preferences.
- Arrange and accompany clients for property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Build relationships with investors, business owners, professionals and local communities.
- Assist customers throughout the sales and booking process.
- Coordinate with the sales team for negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide sales updates to management.
- Achieve individual sales targets through consistent client engagement.
