Freight Operations Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala
About the Role
KineticHub Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Freight Operations professional to manage Sea and Air Freight Import & Export operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding, documentation, carrier coordination, and customer service within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Sea & Air Freight Import and Export operations
- Prepare freight quotations, costing, and pricing
- Coordinate bookings with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, and Airlines
- Handle Import & Export documentation
- Coordinate with Customs Brokers (CHA), transporters, and other stakeholders
- Liaise with overseas agents and partners
- Ensure timely shipment execution and customer updates
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Sea Freight and Air Freight operations
- Strong knowledge of Import & Export documentation
- Experience in freight costing and carrier negotiations
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and CHA coordination
- Experience in managing freight forwarding operations within India
- Overseas back-office/BPO experience alone will not be considered
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Kochi
Experience: 2–4 Years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
