Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Intune Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Endpoint Security, and Enterprise Device Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices in large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for device enrollment and provisioning.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Compliance Policies.
- Create and maintain Configuration Profiles, Security Policies, and Device Compliance Policies.
- Deploy and manage applications through Intune, including Win32 app packaging.
- Administer Endpoint Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender and BitLocker.
- Manage Patch Management, Windows Update Rings, and OS upgrade deployments.
- Configure and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
- Utilize Microsoft Graph API for administration and automation tasks.
- Manage Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android Enterprise devices.
- Monitor compliance reports and remediate endpoint issues.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint management and device compliance issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide enterprise-level user support.

Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure or Endpoint Management experience.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a Hybrid work model.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, on-call schedules, and weekend support when required.
- Available for Face-to-Face interviews.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with 10–15 days notice period preferred.

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
