Job Overview
We are looking for a Facebook Digital Campaign Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating, modifying, monitoring, and scaling campaigns to achieve lead generation and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Modify and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure smooth delivery.
Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement optimization strategies.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and best practices.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize results.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, and Awareness campaigns.
Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Facebook/Meta advertising.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
