Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (Retail Expansion) to identify and secure new retail opportunities for KosmiQua. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching shopping malls, retail chains and commercial partners to establish kiosks, stalls, shop-in-shop counters and other offline sales channels while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new retail expansion opportunities across shopping malls and commercial spaces.
- Build and maintain relationships with mall management, leasing teams and retail partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements and partnership opportunities.
- Identify suitable locations for kiosks, stalls and retail counters.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding with mall authorities and business partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to support the setup and launch of new retail locations.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential retail opportunities.
- Represent KosmiQua in business meetings, exhibitions and networking events.
- Track business development activities and prepare regular reports.
- Contribute to strategies that drive offline sales growth and brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Well-experienced in business development, retail expansion, channel sales or partnership management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client meetings, presentations and field visits.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (additional international language skills are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel for meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, retail, FMCG or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working with shopping malls, retail chains or commercial leasing is an added advantage.
- Existing networks with mall management or retail partners is a plus.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
