Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and prior experience in back-office or administrative functions. Candidates with knowledge of the insurance industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records, documents, and databases accurately.
- Perform data entry and data verification tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Handle administrative and operational support activities.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow company processes and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in back-office operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Understanding of insurance documentation, policies, or claims processes.
- Experience handling client records and operational workflows.
