Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Lecturer in Hotel Management to deliver high-quality instruction, mentor students, and contribute to the academic development of the Hotel Management program. The successful candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and teaching skills to prepare students for careers in hospitality, tourism, food service, and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and diploma courses in Hotel Management and Hospitality Studies.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and practical training modules.
- Conduct lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and laboratory sessions in areas such as Front Office Operations, Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping.
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, presentations, and practical evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career counseling to students.
- Supervise student internships, industrial training, and industry projects.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Participate in departmental, institutional, and accreditation-related activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Relevant teaching experience in a hotel management college or hospitality industry experience is prefferd
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and industry practices.

Salary: As per institutional norms and candidate qualifications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
