About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who can effectively communicate with potential clients, generate quality leads, and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and the confidence to close deals across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
● Understand client requirements and explain our services effectively.
● Follow up with leads and nurture them until closure.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
● Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
● Handle client objections professionally and convert them into opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills
● Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
● Clear pronunciation, confidence, and professional phone etiquette.
● Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements. Convincing & Negotiation Skills
● Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
● Ability to build trust and influence potential clients.
● Confidence in handling objections and turning inquiries into sales. Sales & Closing Ability
● Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients.
● Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
● Experience in lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing deals. Industry Knowledge
● Basic understanding of different business industries and market segments.
● Ability to quickly learn about various niches, as the company serves clients across multiple industries such as healthcare, real estate, retail, hospitality, education, automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, and more.
● Adaptability to different client requirements and business models. Professional Appearance
● Ability to represent the company confidently during client interactions.
Eligibility
● Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
● Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
