Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
- Handle office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates for management.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Salary & Benefits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
