Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Desk Management Executive to manage vendor coordination, onboarding, and service delivery support. The role involves handling vendor communications, ensuring timely resource deployment, and maintaining strong relationships with partners to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors for resource allocation based on project requirements Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and compliance Track and ensure timely deployment of Field Engineers (FEs) for assigned projects Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding project updates and requirements Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence Handle escalations and resolve vendor-related issues promptly Maintain accurate records of vendor database, contracts, and service reports Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and project teams) Ensure proper documentation such as ID proofs, compliance docs, and safety requirements are collected before deployment Support invoice validation and coordination with the accounts team Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, coordination, or operations Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Preferred Skills: Experience in IT services or field service coordination Knowledge of SLA/KPI tracking Familiarity with global vendor coordination (UK/US clients preferred) Key Competencies: Vendor Relationship Management Time Management Coordination & Communication Documentation & Compliance Handling
