We are looking for a hardworking and sincere Telecaller Executive who can help us speak with students and parents interested in studying abroad.
The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our study abroad options, understanding the student’s profile, qualifying serious inquiries, following up regularly, and booking counselling appointments.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident on calls, speaks Gujarati and Hindi clearly, and is willing to learn about student visa consulting, abroad education options, and counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 calls per day to students and parents.
- Explain basic study abroad options such as Mauritius, Dubai, Singapore, and other countries.
- Understand the student’s education, budget, passport status, IELTS/PTE status, and future goals.
- Qualify leads and identify serious students.
- Follow up with interested students and parents on call and WhatsApp.
- Book appointments for counselling at our office.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records properly.
- Share brochures, videos, PDFs, and basic information with leads.
- Coordinate with the senior counsellor for serious inquiries.
- Learn our products, country options, process, fees, and counselling system.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Should be confident and polite on phone calls.
- Should be able to make a high number of calls daily.
- Should be hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile/computer usage is required.
- Should be comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Should be willing to learn about student visa and study abroad consulting.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, education, visa, or immigration field will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
