About the Role
Task Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Demo Specialist to showcase our products and services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be customer-focused, and be able to explain product features in a clear and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and use cases effectively.
- Answer customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain records of demonstrations and customer feedback.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features and new offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presentation and demonstration abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
