Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and confident HR Coordinator who can handle recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and client communication professionally. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post jobs on different hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee and recruitment records
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining
- Coordinate with clients regarding hiring requirements
- Call clients for requirement discussion and updates
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team
- Prepare HR documents like offer letters and joining forms
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Confidence in client handling and calling
- MS Office and email communication knowledge
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination work
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA HR / Diploma holders can apply
Preferred
- Experience in recruitment or client coordination
- Good English and Hindi communication
