Sales Executive drives in-store revenue by assisting walk-in customers, delivering expert product knowledge, and executing sales. They manage the end-to-end customer experience from personalized recommendations and upselling to processing transactions and maintaining premium merchandising standards on the sales floor.
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, identify their needs, and provide viable solutions.
- Sales & Conversions: Actively promote goods, cross-sell across categories, and hit established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of features, pricing, and after-sales services to effectively advise buyers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, assist with inventory restocking, and prevent merchandise loss
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
