Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
2. Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
3. Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
4. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri & job portals
5. Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker
6. Ensure timely closure of positions
Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
2. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
3. Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
