We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Architect – Project Manager to lead interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural and interior design expertise with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, procurement teams, and site execution teams while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial interior projects from design development through final handover.
Develop space planning, concept designs, material selections, and detailed construction drawings.
Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Create project schedules, define milestones, and monitor progress against timelines.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with procurement teams for material selection, vendor finalization, and timely deliveries.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.
Resolve technical issues and site challenges while minimizing project delays.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples before execution.
Lead client meetings, present design updates, and provide regular project status reports.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project reports, snag lists, punch lists, and oversee final project handover.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of interior architecture, construction methods, and detailing.
Excellent project planning and project management abilities.
Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and procurement processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
4-7 years of experience in interior design and project management.
Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial interior projects.
Strong knowledge of site execution, construction coordination, and vendor management.
