Guest Management: Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments, and managing visitor logs and security badges.
- Communication: Answering, screening, and routing phone calls; handling general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person; and maintaining communication systems.
- Administrative Support: Managing appointment schedules, coordinating meeting room bookings, sorting and distributing mail/packages, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, and supporting basic clerical tasks like filing and data entry
