Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company’s real estate marketing, branding, and sales efforts. This role involves designing marketing materials for property listings, advertisements, digital platforms, and corporate branding to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Create marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings, and banners
- Design property listings, floor plans, presentation decks, and investor pitch materials
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements
Digital & Social Media Design
- Design creatives for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements
- Create graphics for property promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Optimize designs for web and mobile platforms
Branding & Corporate Identity
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all marketing and communication materials
- Design company profiles, corporate presentations, and marketing collaterals
- Support branding initiatives for new real estate projects
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to understand design requirements
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
Content & Visual Management
- Manage and organize design assets, images, and templates
- Ensure high-quality visuals, layouts, and typography
- Stay updated with design trends relevant to real estate and marketing
Qualifications & Skills Education
- Bachelor’s degree Must(Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field)
Experience
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience (real estate, construction, industry preferred)
- Experience working on property marketing materials is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Familiarity with web and social media design formats
- Video Editing skill is added advance
