1. Electrical Maintenance Operations
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Ensure minimum downtime of production machines.2. Panel & Power System Maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot:
- PCC Panels
- MCC Panels
- APFC Panels
- PLC Panels
- VFD Drives
- Star-Delta & DOL Starters
- Monitor transformers, breakers, relays, and protection systems.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety compliance.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain PM checklists and machine history records.
- Monitor critical spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate annual shutdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain utility equipment including:
- Transformers
- DG Sets
- Compressors
- UPS Systems
- Cooling Towers
- Lighting Systems
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
