Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging preschool learning experiences aligned with the EarlyVentions curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Conduct age-appropriate activities including phonics, numeracy, storytelling, music, art & craft, sensory play, STEM activities, and circle time.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
- Observe, assess, and document children's developmental milestones.
- Maintain daily lesson plans, classroom records, portfolios, and assessment reports.
- Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and compliance with preschool policies.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and professional development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), ECCE, Montessori, NTT, TTC, D.Ed., or equivalent is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Experienced Preschool Teachers will be given preference.

Experience
- Fresher to 5 years
- Experience in Preschool, Kindergarten, Nursery, Montessori, Play School, Daycare, or Early Childhood Education preferred.
