Job Title: Assistant Engineer/ Engineer QA

Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of automotive components.
· Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings, specifications, Control Plans, and customer requirements.
· Prepare and maintain Control Plans, Inspection Standards, Check Sheets, and quality records.
· Support PFMEA, Process Flow, MSA, and SPC activities.
· Monitor critical process parameters and analyze quality/process data.
· Coordinate APQP and PPAP activities for new products and engineering changes.
· Identify non-conformities, implement containment, and coordinate corrective actions.
· Verify corrective-action effectiveness and support continuous quality improvement.
· Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and applicable automotive standards.
Key Skills:
· Automotive component quality experience
· Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA & SPC
· Good understanding of engineering drawings and inspection methods
· Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
· Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
· Good communication and coordination skills.
