Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Partnership Executive to drive outbound business development and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales and be comfortable reaching out to decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, scheduling product demonstrations, and building long-term business relationships.
This role requires someone who enjoys prospecting, consultative selling, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers including CXOs, Marketing Heads, Sales Heads, Product Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Business Owners.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and buying potential.
- Develop partnerships with manufacturers, retailers, architects, interior designers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Meet monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and activity records.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Ability to write professional sales emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital solutions.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
