Job Role & Responsibilities :
Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors daily to collect orders.
Increase distribution by identifying new customers and opening new retail accounts.
Ensure optimal product display (merchandising), shelf visibility, and proper stock rotation to prevent expiry.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets.
Build strong rapport with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure loyalty and prompt payment collection.
Analyze territory sales data, monitor competitor activities (pricing/promotions), and report findings to management.
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Experience: 3–7 Years in FMCG Industry
- Special Requirement: Experience in Modern Trade
