KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving monthly primary & secondary sales targets
- Driving product-wise liquidation through dealers and retailers
- Conducting minimum 5–7 farmer meetings / month
- Executing field demonstrations (min. 15/month during season)
- Appointing new dealers/distributors as per expansion plan
- Ensuring strong visibility & brand placement at retail points
- Collecting payments within credit cycle (strict discipline)
- Monitoring competitor schemes and countering effectively
SALES TARGET & PERFORMANCE METRICS (STRICT)
You will be governed by the following KPIs:
- Monthly Sales Target: 80% of agreed number with Head Sales
- Secondary Sales: Minimum 90% of primary billing
- Collection Efficiency: 95% within agreed credit period
- Dealer Activation: Minimum 5 active distributor/Dealer/month
- Demo Conversion Ratio: Minimum 50% conversion from trial
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
