Primeonics Private Limited is a fast-growing manufacturer of consumer electronics and mobile accessories. As a sister company of Toreto Retail Private Limited, we are building a strong distribution network across India. Our product portfolio includes Audio Devices, Smart Wearables, Power Essentials, Lifestyle Tech, Home Essentials, Car Accessories, and Creator Accessories.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in channel sales who can drive business growth and expand our distributor and retailer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network within the assigned territory.
- Generate primary and secondary sales while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key retail accounts.
- Increase product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), market feedback, and sales forecasts.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Field Sales.
- Must have hands-on experience in appointing distributors, handling dealer networks, and driving primary & secondary sales.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Electrical Products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler are mandatory.
Job Location
Field-based role. Territory will be assigned based on business requirements.
Compensation
As per industry standards + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
