Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Business Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Chennai market. This role is ideal for a proactive individual contributor with a strong “hunter” mindset who can identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals across a range of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and establish a strong market presence in Chennai
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Generate and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Key Focus Areas
- Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Data and AI solutions
- IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, end-user computing)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in IT sales or system integration
- Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and IT infrastructure solutions
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Established network within the Chennai business ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
