Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
Required Skills-
Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social platforms

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Understanding of employer branding practices

Experience in bulk/volume hiring
