Arth Life is a growing kids clothing brand focused on quality, style, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the Shopify website efficiently
- Handle third-party marketplace accounts and clients
- Manage new platform registrations and onboarding
- Upload and manage new product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, SKU, etc.)
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory and update stock regularly
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain reports related to sales, orders, and platform performance
Skills & Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify
- Experience in handling third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc. preferred)
- Ability to manage new platform registrations and account setups
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of dispatch and order processing
- Familiarity with Excel and reporting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work from office in Pune
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,456.90 - ₹35,245.82 per month
