Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the specified timelines. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, and management while maintaining quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage site workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of site activities, material usage, manpower attendance, and project updates.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and report project status to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Verify completed work and ensure it meets project quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, interior fit-out, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project plans.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality project execution.
- Knowledge of site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
