Senior HR Executive | Alltake
Alltake is looking for an experienced, confident, and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for an end-to-end HR professional who can take ownership across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Administration.
We're looking for someone who doesn't want to be limited to just one area of HR. If you have strong overall HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to independently handle people and processes, we'd like to hear from you.

- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and fit
What You'll Be Responsible ForTalent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements and hiring plans
- Source, screen, interview, schedule, and coordinate candidates
- Manage offer discussions, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a positive candidate experience
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage employee records, documentation, attendance, and HRMS-related activities
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations
- Ensure smooth implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve workplace concerns professionally
Performance Management & KRA
- Coordinate PMS cycles and performance review processes
- Collect, review, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual KRA records
- Coordinate with reporting managers for timely completion of performance reviews
- Prepare and maintain PMS reports and related documentation
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate Fun Fridays, festive celebrations, and internal activities
- Work with internal teams on communication, banners, posters, and engagement creatives
Administration
- Manage attendance and biometric-related processes
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements
- Support administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Handle relevant employee and HR documentation
Other HR Responsibilities
- Coordinate Internal Job Postings (IJP) and related processes
- Support policy implementation and HR initiatives
- Work closely with management and department heads on people-related requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–4+ years of hands-on, overall HR experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
- Exposure to PMS, KRA management, Employee Engagement, and Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident personality with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, managers, and leadership
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS/HR tools
Education
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
